Upon completion of training, volunteers will receive login information to their MSP profile.
The username is the volunteers first initial and last name (ex: John Smith would be jsmith)
When the profile is initially set up, volunteers will receive a temporary password which they are able to change. The administrator of the schedule will not be able to see the changed password. To view your assignments, you can either click the tab marked “My Schedule” to see your individual list of positions, or you can click the tab marked “Full Schedule” to see the entire schedule for the given period.
To log into the web terminal to view your profile, click the MSP Login Button
Two weeks before the end of the scheduling period, volunteers will receive an email asking them to update their availability. This can be done through the MSP profile. Please follow the steps below.
Changes to your profile will be processed by the scheduler administrator.
If you are scheduled for a position and unable to serve at that given time, you are able to request a sub electronically. To do so, volunteers will long into the web terminal and go to the tab marked “My schedule”. Next to each scheduled service, there is a link that is marked “Request a Sub”. By doing that, the entire roster for that particular ministry will be emailed with that sub request. Once the sub request is taken, volunteers will receive an email saying that they are no longer scheduled for that particular position.
